We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Key Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met. The Junior Key Account Manager will report to the Sales Director and will work closely with our sales and marketing team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow existing accounts.
Job responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of export customers and partners, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts within the food retail sector.
Collaborate with sales and marketing team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow existing accounts.
Provide regular updates and reports on key account performance and market insights.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues that arise in a timely manner.
Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills
Attend trade shows, client meetings and presentations as needed.
Participate in sales forecasting and planning processes.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our clients receive the most up-to-date and effective solutions.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field

Understanding of marketing and sales principles and practices
